10+years of experience in service sectors like Retail, Financial Services, BPO’s, Remittances, Insurance and Language Services (Internet) in Domestic and International markets across Asia. I have gained extensive experience of working in complex business scenarios for matured MNCs and start-up organizations. Major successful projects completed include organization structure redesign (India and Asia), implementation of new performance management and compensation systems across Asia, employee engagement programs, global talent management programs and recruitment projects across Asia.
