Armed with a strong vision ACH was founded in the year 2004. The vision was to build a service oriented organization which helps individuals & businesses to unfold potential. Many companies in the executive search & consulting industry focused only on transactional relationships. These companies were also unable to successfully address the individual & organization problems.
We believed in building an organization that could address these problems successfully & have value based relationships beyond the transactional approach. Hence, ACH was formed to with a vision to provide world class services at reasonable commercials without compromising on quality. We continued our expansion & opened branches in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Satara & Kolkata.
ACH helps businesses acquire right talent & assist organizations through required strategic interventions. We are into strategy, executive search & consulting. We mainly assist MNCs, large Indian conglomerates, developing businesses & individuals with growth opportunities. We bring in established industry professionals on board to work with the organizations associated with us. The industry professionals work with businesses at the strategic level & board level.
These industry professionals along with promoters help evolve the strategy while we help them execute these strategies. At ACH, corporate social responsibility is a part of our essence. We are committed to achieve our vision while doing what's right for the environment and our stakeholders.

Today ACH has the strength of a 70-member team within the organization headquartered in Mumbai along with offices in Gurgaon, Satara, Bangalore & Kolkata.
