Step 2 : Team Alignment

Step 3 : Search, Plan Execution & First Shortlisting
Our database is rich with highly qualified professionals who are directly involved with consumers & allied businesses. We have a database mapped out, of all the professionals in a certain pedigree across different sectors. In addition to these, we have a defined market research & sourcing team that uses this database to search the right candidates as per the client’s role requirement.
Step 4 : Briefing & Assessing Shortlisted Candidates
As the next step, we brief the candidates on the role as well as assess their fitment for the respective role. Fitment is assessed on technical grounds, cultural fit and interest in the organization. This is done through a series of detailed conversations with the candidates during which information on the role, growth opportunities within the organization & other relevant information is shared with the candidates in order to ensure complete transparency about the organization. On the other hand, experience, work proficiency and other relevant information is sought out from the candidate. Lastly, to ensure a comprehensive process, a detailed reference check from reputed professionals known to the candidate being evaluated is conducted.
Step 5 : Sharing ACH Formatted CVs
Once the candidate is found suitable for the role and the references are positive, the profile is shared with the client. Our assessment of each profile is discussed with the client & the shortlisted candidates are scheduled for interviews.
Step 6 : Coordinating The Process
We strive to provide constructive feedback from the clients to the candidates ensuring transparency & matching the expectations of both the parties.
Step 7 : Negotiation Of The Offer
Here, we bring in our expertise for both the candidate and the client. We then provide both the parties with meaningful industry & market insights regarding compensation, post which an offer is extended which can be mutually agreed upon, in the least possible time which satisfies the needs of both the parties.
Step 8 : Post Offer Hand Holding
This is one of the most important stages in the process wherein a candidate constantly needs to be engaged with. Here is where we step in & on behalf of the client, engage with the candidate periodically until the date of joining in order to minimize dropouts.
Step 9 : Candidate's Feedback
The joining date of the candidates are then confirmed.Upon their joining, we secure the candidate's feedback on the onboarding role and organization. The candidates are then congratulated and motivated for their career move.
Step 10 : Closure
We continue our association with the candidate and the client, even after the candidate is successfully on board. To ensure that we build a relationship beyond transactions, we continue providing our support and assistance to both clients and candidates.
